Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that some of our indoor fountains at ChoiceFountains.com are hand made from natural stone, each fountain is unique in size, shape, color and surface texture. No two fountains are exactly the same. Variations will exist.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
30 Day Return Policy
Please inspect your order immediately. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 3 days for instructions on how to return the product. All items properly returned in new, unused, resellable condition are eligible for a refund. You will be credited for the total purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees(usually 20%). Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States! We ship via UPS ground and Roadway Express ONLY. We do not use the USPS due to the fragile nature of our products. Once your order has been placed and your credit information has been verified and secured, your water fountain order will be filled. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the merchandise to be shipped.
Orders usually take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
